Our Return Policy
At Cool Beans Cafe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Digital products are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable Goods and Gift Cards
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Please email us at support@coolbeanscafe.org or visit our "Returns" page on our website at vibeslaundry.com/return-policy to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) or suitable protective packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Please clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 3 - 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process forthe original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
